Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A confirmation email is sent once the order is dispatched for delivery.

Only one payment method can be used per transaction. For a smoother checkout experience, it is recommended to use a single preferred payment option.

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Eligible items may be returned after delivery.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. The amount is credited to the original payment method. A confirmation email is shared once the refund is completed.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and maintained in original condition with tags intact. Return requests should be raised within the specified return window from delivery. Items showing wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
