Eligibility for Returns
Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
All tags, labels, and packaging must be returned exactly as they were originally provided.
Products that have been worn, washed, or modified in any manner will not qualify for return.
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To begin a return, please contact our customer service team within this timeframe.
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Send your return request via email along with your Order ID and the reason for return to info@brightpickz.com.
Step 2: Share Supporting Photos
If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear images showing the issue to help speed up the review process.
Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the necessary instructions for completing the return process.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with our stated guidelines.
Refund Process and Timeline
After the returned item is received, our team will examine it to confirm that it meets the return requirements. You will be informed whether your refund request is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.
Partial Refund Guidelines
