Shipping Locations
We currently provide delivery services to all serviceable pin codes within India. At present, we do not offer shipping outside India.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from the date the order is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the relevant order details.
Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery timeframe usually ranges between 3–8 business days, allowing you to receive your selected fashion products within a reasonable period.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may contact us to arrange another delivery attempt.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photographic evidence of the damage.
If a shipment is confirmed lost during transit, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund after verification with the courier partner.
